The city of st. Cloud, minnesota, is a government service organization. One of our services is refuse/garbage pick up for residential accounts (residential accounts is defined: Tre-plex and under). We operate under a volume base system for our refuse/garbage operation. In order to accomodate this procedure our customers (residents) are required to purchase and use city logo 31 inch x 34 inch green refuse/garbage bags. Our yearly needs are 630,000 refuse/garbage bags and 130,000 yard waste bags. We are looking for manufacturers interested in bidding on our bag needs.
