Our company, ozen celik yay san. Ltd. Precision spring manufacturer, is leading in turkish spring industry over 20 years. Our company which produces spring in a large fields, our springs are produced with cnc machines and in sensitive tolerances.

Our production is between 0.15 mm - 12 mm spring wire diameter. Raw material which we use has always ISO 9002 certificate and military test certificates. Our quality control assurance system starts from entering of raw material and continuos to the finished products. Our products are tested with spring testing machines while in production. Than our products are reported and coded before delivering.

We produce our springs from below raw materials; aisi 302-316, stainless steel spring, medium and high carbon spring steel din 17223, tempered and hardened spring steel, phosphor-bronze, phosphor-tin, brass, alloy spring steel, strip spring material. According to your material we produce, compression, extension, torsion, wire forming, wire bending, strip o rings and textile springs, marble springs.
