For many years INPROM has been one of the largest Russian metal service networks. The Company annually supplies its customers with hundreds of thousands of tons of carbon and alloyed steel and tubes, produced by nearly every iron and steel works in the CIS countries. INPROM is listed among reliable partners in the federal register of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In the all-Russian rating of the largest metal service companies for the 2nd half of the year 2005 INPROM was ranked the 2nd according to the Russian "Metal Bulletin" and the website. In 2005 the Company turnover amounted to 8.2 billion rubles ($ 279 million), having exceeded the analogous figure of the previous year by 25%. As of March 31,2006 the company assets came up to more than 6.683 billion rubles ($ 247.5 million). In the current year the Company turnover will total about 11.443 billion rubles ($ 423 million).

INPROM top-management promotes a policy of information openness for the investment community and stimulates investors to pay attention to the Company corporate securities. The company MAUER-Audit conducts auditing of the Company statements according to Russian standards and Deloitte&Touche - according to international ones.
