We are a Peruvian seafood producer group who exports farm raised frozen scallops and shrimp (p. vannamei) to the European market. Nature is giving us the opportunity to export Live Lobster FOB Miami. This is because the water conditions in the north of Peru are ideal for this species to thrive. And Miami is our best option for distribution due to our relative closeness (5.5 hour by plane). The scientific name of our lobster is Panulirus Gracilis.

We own a state of the art scallop hatchery and a shrimp farm in the north of Peru. Presently, we are beginning to buy live lobster from the fishermen to see the viability of exporting them to Miami.
