Since its establishment in 1999, Lodos International has acted as a solution partner to worldwide TV importers and manufacturers in TV stand designs and production needs.
Lodos has 5000m2 production plant in Turkey with 30.000 pieces monthly production capacity. Our production plant is closed area and operates with the latest technology full automatic PC controlled machineries. In addition to fully automatic machines that paint with rotary motion and liquid paint there is also fully covered pressurized booths with water curtain, which provides flexibility in manufacturing process. All painting and drying processes are made at world standards in a dust-isolated pressurized booths. In line with that we are able to manufacture lacquered (high gloss) painted furniture products.
Our experienced and dynamic R&D division enables us to create innovative exclusive designs with using unlimited variation of materials to meet our business partners expectations.
We follow a customer-oriented policy so that we imply DUPRO and PSI quality controls at manufacturing processes, which are in accordance with international AQL standards. In addition, design stages and material procurement are made in accordance with European norms, such as E1, safety glass, tilt and drop tests.
Finished painted products or semi products are packed for stocking or for transport based on customer request.
