As a direct import firm for promotional products and textile, ISEA is a pure purchasing company with dedicated buyers with both import & export knowledge.

In order to best optimise costs and manage quality and delivery times, we are the sole link between our customers and the manufacturers we work with.

For quality control issues, we work with an independent organization international located in Hong Kong. They are responsible of factories audits as well as checking productions before all shipments.

Those quality controls are carried out in accordance with international AQL standards (Acceptance Quality Level) which determine critical, major and minor defect acceptance levels.
