We wish to bring in your kind notice that we raised commission bills for the month of april was Rs 12245/- for may was Rs.9565 thus total Rs 21810/- and for June was Rs 14785 thus total due to you is Rs 36595 as on july 2006.

Due to clerical mistake, in the June 2006 statements, the opening balance has to be carried forwarded 21810, but the same were carry forwarded 12245 wrongly.

The same has been discuss over telephone with Trpatijee and corrected commission statements sent by courier today to Delhi office.
