AKAY MOTOR MAKINA SANAYI VE TICARET A.S. was established in 1973 to product lift reductor and motor for Turkey production industry. Our company take part in Turkish production sector by using modern machine and equipments in 4500 m2 covered area.

Our factory manufactures special motors for lifts, braking systems and reductors fitted with driving pulleys powered by and endlees screw and gear combination. The screw and gear are fitted in a cast iron body having a hardness of gg20 brinel. The endless is of cementation steel and has been specialy treated to increase its hardness. The gear is of centrifuglly cast tin bronz, gzcusn 12, according to din 1075. The endless screw is fitted with bush bearing, its axial forces compensated with axial ball bearings. Our motors are specially manufactured to work noiselessly and are thermally protected by ptc and cooling, fan and work at top performance.
