The directors and principal officers of the company consist of closely-knit family members who managed and operate the various divisions based on their educational background, training, skills, experience and expertise.
The company's core businesses are trade consultancy, international trading services, imports/exports management, brokerage and commission agents, supply chain management solutions and oil& gas business.
Prior to the establishment of the company, the businesses were carried out only on 'personal and individual basis'. Due to the additional involvement of family members and the diversification of business activities; we found it a necessity to continue the businesses in a structured manner.
Essentially, the management and operations of the company's businesses were carried out by family members which had gained varied experiences during their careers with both local and multinational corporations in a multitude of businesses which include supply-chain services, international trades, shipping and freight forwarding, engineering support services and oil& gas business.
The experiences and exposures gained and also various contacts established during their careers had contributed tremendously in day-to-day running of the business, its performance and development.
