Simac is a historical trademark on the household appliance scene both in Italy and elsewhere.

Born towards the end of the Seventies, the company began with the development of products that are still market leaders, i.e. the Gelataio Simac ice-cream maker, the Pastamatic pasta-maker and the Bravosimac food processors.

Thanks to the merger with Micromax, it also inherited Stirella, an innovative system for steam ironing that is widespread in Italy and around the world.

Simac joined the De' Longhi Group in 1995, merging with Vetrella and contributing to the creation of an industrial pole that ranges from food preparation to ironing to floor care appliances.

On 01/09/2002 Simac is incorporated into De' Longhi SpA
