Our company is moly-cop peru sac located in lima peru, and we are part of scaw metals group, a division of anglo american plc. Moly-cop was set up in the year 2003.

Manufacturing process:

Of all the different types of zinc oxide, we have been involved in the production of gold seal zinc oxide manufactured by the process called french process. In this process, the starting point is metallic zinc, we only use zinc special high grade 99.99%. The metal is volatized from retorts and the vapors are oxidized to finely divided zinc oxide.

This product is packed in 25 KG. Paper bags completely sealed. Each bag is identified with a batch number printed on one side. Additionally, the paper bags are packaged in wood pallets with no more than one metric ton of net weight.

Palletizing includes a protective plastic cover for the pallet and bags. Every pallet is identified by an auto adhesive sticker with the following information:

The quality of our zinc oxide - gold seal grade exceeds the internationally recognized quality standards.

Quality is the mainstay of our product. This is ensured by adherence to strict testing and quality control procedures.

Some of the critical tests we conduct on our product include the detection of metallic impurities using the spectrophotometer.
