We are a new startup company that will specialize in bringing new product concepts to market by leveraging partnerships in all segments of the business community. Our goal is to remain very small in terms of number of direct employees or direct overhead expenses.

Our mission is to be innovative. Our belief is that there is a new trend emerging that will enable "virtual" companies or partnerships to be formed to come together and produce a product. These partnerships will be comprised of many companies and individuals working together to fulfil the creation and marketing of a new product. The belief is that everyone involved; the inventor, the manufacturers of the components, the packaging design firms, marketing, sales, and even support organizations can all be an owner in the process of bringing new product ideas to market quickly and inexpensively. Everyone would share in the profits created along the way.

We believe that with the current state of technology and the communication medium of the Internet, that reality is now. Theoretically it should not take giant companies and millions of dollars to create and launch new technology ideas to the mass marketplace.
