the first one is a premier packer of fresh frozen fruit products for foodservice distributors, food manufacturers, restaurants and resorts. We export our products to international markets through our business partners.
the other one is dedicated to capture, process and commercialization of crab to supply international markets. It was established in 1998 with the purpose of creating a new world class industry to satisfy the most demanding markets worldwide.
We have nearly 323,000 square feet of land in which we have installed 54,000 square feet of processing facilities.
The actual size of our facilities allows us to process 40 to 50 bulk tons of crab daily, that turn into 10 tons of pasteurized crab meat.
Our company has a number of quality certifications such as HACCP and ISO9000 to guarantee the best quality through the whole production process, from the capture of the crustaceous to the delivery of the finished product to our customers.
