Celikler Aluminium was established in 1970 and is one of the top five procuders in aluminium extrusion industry in Turkey. Celikler Aluminium manufactures windows, doors, curtain wall solved system profiles and special industial profiles for both local and foreign markets. Today, our company operates three extrusion press lines, one 46,000 amper anodizing line, one 5000 t/y powder coating line . Celikler Aluminium has three extrusion press lines 600 to, 1200 to and 1800 to with an annual capacity of 10 000 tonnes of aluminium profiles which are certified by TSE and ISO 9002. Celikler Aluminium manufactures dies required for extrusion process in-house die-shop with the most recent equipment and CAD/cam technology. This gives shorter delivery times and high accuracy dimensional standards to the full satisfaction of customers. Celikler Aluminium has both anodizing and powder coating lines to apply anodic film or organic coating onto extruded aluminum sections for architectural use. Anodic oxide finishes are in natural(silver), gold, bronze and black colurs with mechanically polished/satin finished/matt etched surface treatment, according to the specification DIN 17611. Celikler Aluminium performs fabrication processes such as cut-to-length, angular cutting, drilling, punching, protective film( folio) coating and thermal-break fitting to window profiles.
