We are a joint venture company founded by 2 parties; with this group headed by the large-scale Iron & Steel (Group).

Employing 5 staff members, of whom 90% are college graduates, these personnel are experienced in the fields of business management, machinery manufacturing, finance, foreign trade and real estate development. Comprised of 3 holding companies, a partly owned enterprise, over 10 subsidiaries, and 3 offices, our group is now engaged in the trading of iron ore, scrap steel, steel products, Oil Products and chemicals. Meanwhile, we are also involved in modern logistics and e-business, and are working to set up offshore production bases.

With almost 60% of profits generated by sales to overseas clients, we have already exported series to clients in more than 20 countries worldwide. Cooperating with such companies as Hamersley from Australia, CVRD from Brazil, ABC from the UK, Jordan's NECC, and the Japanese Mitsubishi and Nippon Steel enterprises, we have attained a global reach.

In order to enlarge our presence in the international market, we have also established branch offices and subsidiaries in Alexandria In Egypt, Meanwhile, we aim to set up bureaus in Australia, the UK, USA, Brazil and Germany over the next few years to create the most favorable situation for international trade.
