We manufacture components using materials ranging from polymers to non-ferrous metals, steels, stainless steels, and exotic materials like Titanium alloys, Inconel, Monel, etc.

Machining capacity up to 150 mm dia. And 150 mm length.

Machining accuracies up to 0.005 mm by CNC machines and 0.002 mm by grinding.

Facilities - More than a dozen of imported CNC machines like VMC, Turn-Mill centres, Turning centres, and Chuckers. Conventional turning, milling, cylindrical grinding, tool& cutter grinding, drilling, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.

With a humble beginning of 1 CNC turning machine in 1000 sq. Ft. Area in 1987, today we have grown up with 13 CNC machines with 16 employees working in 6000 sq. Ft. Area.

We cater our services to a wide variety of customers -Instrumentation, DC Stepper motor, Aero-space, Defence, and many other allied industries, in India and abroad.
