JORICO(stands for Jordan River Company) is a Jordanian Export - Import Company specialized in fresh produce, started in 1990 by exporting Jordanian fresh vegetables to western Europe, in three years after that our company was able to open markets in UK, France, Germany, Holland and Sweden in away that we had to expand and reorganize our operations to establish our own farms to grow special items( Ethnic and Exotic items ) which are not produced in Jordan, at the same time we were in full control of the contracted farms supplying our packhouse with different Jordanian stuffs produced by local growers to be exported to our stations in Europe. Mainly all kinds of peppers, okra, beans, dates.

Our company invested heavily on human resources, and exerted all efforts to train and organize its staff to perform up to Europe standards, and that actually had its positive impact on the total quality and the high reputation that we currently enjoy.

The company employs around 70 personnel of different ranks and we were able to export on daily basis by air, our annual volume of export is around 1500 Mt

We have also extensive global business relations with different reputable international firms in the same field, and therefore we developed recently a new business to supply different markets in the Middle East with lots of exotic vegetables and fruit varieties mainly to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and United Arab Emirates, now working hard to get Lebanon on the line, such business includes supplying wholesalers, retailers and caterers.
