Product Capacity:- We have a capacity of 100,000 pcs Per Month from our Bangalore Unit

Quality Control:-The factory is equipped with the efficient machinery and is geared to meet the highest quality standards required by our customers.

The staff in the various departments consist of.

Production:- We have skilled & unskilled personnel to look after our production consisting of approx. 1000 Employee between all the 9 sections.

Cutting:- We have 5 qualified masters to look after the Cutting department and they are aided by 20 personnel.

Checking:- We have a total of 8 senior quality controllers overseeing A staff of 30 people.

Finishing:- We have a staff of 60 experienced & qualified people to look after the finishing division. This department has 5 QCs to oversee the same
