Premium Nutrients Berhad

Premium Vegetable Oils Sdn Bhd is the subsidiary of Premium Nutrients Berhad and it was incorporated as a private limited company on 17 May 1978 as Nalfico Premier Oils Sdn. Bhd. On 10 September 1985, the name of the Company was changed to Premier Nalin Sdn. Bhd. and subsequently as Premium Vegetable Oils Sdn. Bhd. The Company was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name on 28 June 1999.

The principal activities of the Company consist of manufacturing and sale of specialty fats such as cocoa butter replacer, cocoa butter substitute, cocoa butter equivalent, palm mid fraction, transfree interesterified hand structural fat for margarine, specialty shortening, cooking oil etc. These fats and oils are based on palm kernel oil, palm oil, coconut oil, rapeseed oil and soybean oil including those refined and fractionated, interesterified products. Company also manufactures rumen bypass fat for dairy cattle and palm kernel pellet as animal feed ingredients
