Our fish are farmed here in Israel, using the latest western methods which we believe produces the highest quality product. The fish are farmed in fresh water pools specifically constructed for this purpose and are regularly inspected by both, the ministry of health and the ministry of agriculture to see that we confirm to the highest standards. Only the best quality fish food is used and water quality is checked constantly. Our fish can be delivered gutted and scaled
