Wellington Drive Technologies Pte Ltd

Wellington Drive Technologies Ltd (Wellington) has developed a new design of electronically commutated electric motor in the fractional horsepower (FHP) range.

Established in 1986, Wellington was originally a development, patent holding and licensing organization. In 1998 the company was restructured substantially and since then its engineering and commercial activities have been focused on motor, controller and fan designs for the domestic and light industrial appliance market.

Several motor and fan products are now being promoted and sold internationally, and a number of motor and fan custom solutions are being developed.

Wellington maintains a multi-disciplinary reseach and engineering team in its 1850 m2 (20,000 sq ft) Corporate Headquarted in Auckland, New Zealand.

Wellington's Technology Support Centre comprises electronic, electriacal and mechanical engineers and technicians for development of new designs, products and processes.
