Goon Institute

GOON INSTITUE(GI) was founded in 1936 to provide education opportunities to school leavers and working adults is the oldest and the best known institute in Malaysia. Thousands of senior staff in the banking and commercial fields throughout the country will testify GI as the stepping stone to their successes in their respective fields. After the second world war from being a commercial institute, the new disciplines were introduced periodically and Goon Institute have kept pace with the advance in technology by including schools of study in Accountancy, Secretarial Studies, Business Studies, Pre University Studies, Computer and Information Technology, Law, A Levels and English. Even though many colleges have been set up in the country, Goon Institute has maintained its tradition and identity because of the caring and quality academic staff and high standard of teaching, a hallmark which has been maintained throughout the years. Though GI was started way back in 1936 the aim was to give students a good foundation which they could depend upon so that they could safely sail through their life careers successfully. GI also takes pride in the fact that it cares about its students and what happens to them. Its team of lecturers will at the least gear them towards examination successes. This is because of the fact that students want to have paper qualifications. Thus a high standard of tuition will always be maintained whatever the cost.
