We are a holding company idea to life consisting of 5 companies.

The number of people employed at the moment is close to 120 and increasing. Consolidated turnover is close to 41 million usd. We are looking to establish mutually beneficial business relationship with food and beverage (and not only) companies around the world. We are looking for potentially strong brands to be developed and distributed on the territory of ukraine and potentially on the territories of all adjacent countries and making up a range of most suitable product for retail chains. We intend to cover the whole territory of ukraine to begin with because we have experience and all possibilities to do it and would like to negotiate exclusive rights for distribution of your products in ukraine. Our channels of distribution are a number (45 to be more precise) of most branchy and most experienced distribution companies in ukraine. They operate in all regions of ukraine covering all territory of the country. At the moment we represent such trademarks as eko, arteoliva, solvita and are looking forward to add a strong brand to fit our understanding of a competitive portfolio of brands both for distribution and for retail chains.
