Cocker Enterprises Ltd is a family owned company that is located at the Small Industries Center in Nuku'alofa, TONGA in the South Pacific.

The Managing Director was the former Director of the US Department of Agriculture Land Grant Program on scientific research (food) that was based at the Northern Marianas College in Saipan, Northern Marianas. He holds a MBA, Ms in Economic Development (1991) , and Graduate Advance Certificate on Food Science.

The company's main activities are Food Processing, Meat, Purified Water, Ice cubes and making hollow blocks for construction.

Products available are Noni Juice, Noni Tea, Papaya Jam, pineapple jam, watermelon jam, flavoured banana chips, taro chips, breadfruit chips, and cassava chips, hot chili powder, and hot chili paste.

Tamanu Oil is next in the company's line of activities.

Cocker Enterprises can also export fresh commodities such as frozen cassava, taro, mature coconuts, water melon, and yam in container loads. All products are treated carefully based on the science of Post Harvest Handling Techniques.

All food items are complied with the US FDA standards and are certified by the Ministry of Health Public service act of Tonga.
