Southern Edible Oil Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is an established manufacturer of a wide range of palm based products to meet the varied requirements of customers worldwide. It was established in 1972 and was among the pioneers to process crude palm oil into refined palm oil and its fractions.
With constant research and development, Southern Edible Oil has developed many new products in the area of specialty fats such as cocoa butter substitutes, coating fats and shortening.
The Company was awarded with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) for all its food products for human consumption in 2002. In 2004, the Company was certified Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for its animal feed supplements.
