Equine Textiles, Inc was created in 1983 by Peter Armato, a hands on horseman who started in Southern California as a hot walker. In time, he worked his way up to positions as a groom, and assistant to one of the region's foremost veterinarians-before becoming a horse owner himself. You could fill a volume of books on what he knows about cures and treatments, bone chips and knee fractures, bowed tendons, calcified ankles, poultices, turbulations and more. His years in the stable gave Peter the education of a lifetime.

Peter's experience with the tedious process of bandaging a horse's leg with sheet cotton LED him to his creation of Equine Textile's Pillow Wrap. Today, this bonded, seamless, thick bandage is the basic stable wrap-it virtually eliminates multibandages of sheet cotton. Every item that is created by Equine Textiles is designed from a well thought knowledge of what it takes to protect and support a horse's legs most efficiently and conveniently.
