Tezcan Galvanize

Tezcan Galvaniz is the 3rd largest flat steel producer in Turkey.

We have established our first galvanizing line in 1983. The second line has started at the end of 1999 with the latest technology and being first of its kind in Turkey. After some time the first mill has been stopped and we went on our production with the second line. This new line has an annual capacity of 350. 000 mtons and produces between 0. 25 and 2. 00 mm thickness. The maximum width is 1550 mm acc. En 10142-10143.

With the ongoing and the planned investments, our aim is to increase our capacity, which is 250, 000 mtons per year as of now, and follow our way for the full integration. Besides, we have a small colour coating line with an annual capacity of 20. 000 mtons. In 2007, another investment project is the establishment of the second painting line which will increase the capacity from 20, 000 mton to 120, 000 mton per year.

Last year we have expanded our production with a pickling line, two reversible cold rolling mills and batch annealing furnaces. The total capacity of the two mills is 700. 000 mtons. Although we have not reached full capacity yet, we are almost consuming 35. 000 mtons of hot rolled steel per month at the moment and in the coming months it is expected to increase above 50. 000 mtons.

Cold rolled annealed steel coils according to EN10130-10131 can be provided thickness between 0, 40mm upto 2, 00mm with max. Width 1550mm.
