Our small factory is in Springfield Missouri in the historic Commercial Street district where we welcome the public to come, look, taste and buy our chocolate. We specialize in single origin chocolate giving the farmers who we source beans from a "Stake In The Outcome". We buy direct from farmers all over the world not using a broker.
